Description
We start this lesson by:Focusing on the sounds of each letter.By focusing the sounds of the letters, we are teaching students how they will be used before how they are displayed to establish a firm guidance of reading comprehension. We want students to be able to sound words out that they may not know.We learn the name of the letter in the second lesson.If a student prioritizes the name of the letter, this can create issues when learning bigger words.In the third lesson, we introduce examples alongside the name and sound of the letters. Our example words and pictures feature familiar and family friendly illustrations. In the very end, we'll finish with the alphabet song. This helps students not to forget the letters later on. All resource materials are available for each section as downloadable slides including a practice sheet for learning to write the alphabet. If you enjoy this course, please leave a review!
