In this course you will learn the main performance indicators of the EHS department; Environmental, Energy, Occupational Health and safety.It is important to mention that each company / organization decides which are the appropriate KPIs for their processes and departments, so the indicators mentioned here can be taken as a suggestion to implement in your workplace.You will see the difference between KPIs and KAIs, and which indicators of all those mentioned, fit into which category. Not only will the main indicators, or the most common, be mentioned, but also examples of how they will serve you in your workplace, and best practices that you can implement to facilitate their measurement and ensure that the data collected is correct.Each department has its own KPIs, for example in the quality department, in production, in logistics, costs, etc. So EHS should not be left behind. EHS must be able to measure its own performance.
