Then, we will combine the four metrics and lag to create visuals that tell a story that you can share with your organization. Finally, we will cover Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and learn how to apply it to Demand Management along with the five whys tool.No matter your position or role, understanding Demand is beneficial to the business.
