As a woman, you have finally found your way, you have your career, your partner, your child or children, the life that you were dreaming of, and then without warning, your world is turned upside down. Your child is taken away from you, way too early and out of the cycle of life you were always brought up to believe. You're alone but surround by so many and some of the family and friends you thought would be there have disappeared. In 2012, when I lost my son, I was where you are at. I was lost in wondering who I as a person and what was my purpose in my life was, if my child was gone. I had to figure out who I was, why my beliefs, moral and values I once carried changed. I had to make the decision to rebuild my life and find that purpose, which when I was in my worst low, was the hardest thing I ever had to do.This course is build to help those that were in the spot I was. It was build through my own experiences and research I have done on child loss. The course helps you to understand the obstacles you will go through and gives you steps you can take, to help you start the process of rebuilding and finding purpose in your life. It does not come from a textbook method or a psychologist stand point. It comes from a Momma who survived her child loss and is thriving today. In this course, you will begin dealing with the obstacles in your own child loss and have an understanding that your child loss becomes part of your life but not your whole life. Through this course you will learn how to work through the rough days and understand of your triggers and why you are having them. There is no special training you need for this course, only the want to be in a different place 90 days from now.Note: This course does not take the place of traditional psychotherapy or counseling.
