No one is watching, there are no expectations, and you are liberated to just create. You'll find that your painting becomes a reflection of you, as you get it all out of your head, heart, and soul, and throw it up on the canvas to enjoy. Have a great time painting, and learn a bit about yourself along the way. Maybe it sounds cheesy, but it really is a lot of fun.
