This short class is ideal for those who don't have a lot of time to practice but are dedicated to working on their minds and bodies. In today's hectic world it can be challenging to find a few minutes to work out, however taking time to stretch and refresh does wonders in terms of busy schedules. It helps us focus and breathe, and gives us the energy we need to get through daily to-do lists.
