If after the trial period the counters are not reset (and the program does not open), close the program and delete the sandbox.
When you delete the sandbox, all settings are also reset (changes that were made to the program settings).
If a Runtime Error occurs, restart the program (you can try running it as administrator).
if the error persists, delete the portable folder and restart the computer.
