Advance Steel 2027 Hotfix 1 Release Notes
Primary Issues Resolved by This Hotfix
As a result of detailed information from customers, the following were identified and fixed:
- Fixed a memory handling issue that could cause Advance Steel to crash.
- Updated zlib to address security vulnerabilities (zlib 1.3.2).
- Improved database connectivity by enabling manual update of the SQL LocalDB instance in use.
- Updated ActiveReports-related .NET packages to address security vulnerabilities.
- Updated UI/runtime packages (BCGControlBar Pro / RTF Engine) built with ASLR hardening.
- Updated System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager dependency alignment with supported .NET runtime.

In addition, it automatically generates fully-dimensioned fabrication drawings, material lists and NC data for CNC workshop machines
